You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in our programmes. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law.

3. Service Description
Anong Wealth offers financial education programmes for adults, particularly those in or approaching midlife. Our programmes are educational in nature and are designed to help participants develop a clearer understanding of personal finance topics relevant to life in Thailand.
We currently offer three programmes:
- Entering Quietly — a three-session introductory programme (฿4,500)
- Finding Order — a six-week structured course (฿6,800)
- The Inner Courtyard Programme — a ten-week comprehensive programme (฿10,200)
All programmes are delivered in Chiang Mai, Thailand, primarily in English. Programme availability is subject to scheduling and participant numbers. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a programme if minimum enrolment numbers are not met, in which case a full refund will be provided.
4. Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed once we have received your completed enquiry and payment, and you have received a written confirmation from us. We may decline enrolment at our discretion, for example if a programme is already full.
Your place in a programme is personal to you and may not be transferred to another person without our prior written agreement.
We may ask you to complete a brief introductory questionnaire before your programme begins. This helps us understand your starting point and ensure the material is presented at a suitable pace.
5. Your Responsibilities
We ask that participants engage with our programmes with respect and openness. Specifically, you agree to:
- Attend sessions on time and notify us in advance if you are unable to attend
- Treat other participants, educators, and staff with courtesy
- Use the Content provided solely for your own personal learning
- Not share, reproduce, or distribute programme materials without our permission
- Not record sessions without prior written consent
- Provide accurate information when registering or communicating with us
We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
6. Intellectual Property
All Content created and distributed by Anong Wealth — including but not limited to printed guides, worksheets, planning notebooks, recorded lessons, and website text — remains the intellectual property of Anong Wealth.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Content for your own learning during and after your programme. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, share, or reproduce Content for commercial purposes
- Distribute materials to third parties
- Use our name, logo, or materials in any way that implies endorsement
Any feedback or suggestions you share with us may be used by us to improve our programmes without obligation to you.
7. Payment Terms
Pricing
All programme fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all included materials unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change; any change will not affect enrolments already confirmed.

- Cancellations made 14 or more days before programme start: full refund
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before programme start: 50% refund

8. Education Terms
Our programmes are educational in nature. Completion of a programme does not confer any formal qualification, licence, or certification.
Participants who attend all sessions and engage with the programme materials will receive a letter of completion from Anong Wealth. This is a record of participation, not a formal academic or professional credential.
If you miss sessions, we will do our best to support you with materials, but we cannot always rearrange schedules. Recorded lessons, where available, are provided for personal reference only.
We reserve the right to adjust session formats, educators, or content where necessary to maintain quality. We will notify participants of any material changes in advance.
9. Disclaimers
Our programmes are provided for general educational purposes only. Nothing we teach, share, or write constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
We always encourage participants to consult a licensed financial professional before making any financial decisions. What we offer is a supportive space to learn and ask questions — not a substitute for regulated advice.
We make no representation that any particular outcome will result from participating in our programmes. Financial situations vary, and learning about money does not eliminate risk or difficulty.
Our website and materials are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Anong Wealth's total liability to you in connection with these terms or our programmes shall not exceed the fee you paid for the relevant programme.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in our programmes or your use of our website, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions you make.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
Events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, public health measures, or infrastructure failures — may affect our ability to deliver programmes as planned. In such cases we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anong Wealth, its educators, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our Content or Website.
12. Termination
You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to our cancellation and refund policy set out in Section 7.
We may remove a participant from a programme without refund if they breach these terms, particularly around conduct or misuse of materials.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply after your participation ends.
13. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between you and Anong Wealth.
If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, the matter may be referred to mediation or, where required, to the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
To begin a resolution process, please contact us at [email protected] with a brief description of your concern.
14. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any enrolment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anong Wealth.
Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in future.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign our rights where necessary as part of a business restructure.
Notices: Formal notices should be sent to [email protected] or to our postal address.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify enrolled participants by email.
Continued use of our website or participation in a programme following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
